Did you come to CFinNC?  We want to know what you thought!

We're into afternoon sessions and so far things seem to be going well.  Great crowd, awesome speakers and of course our crack group of volunteers!   Lots of Twitter traffic (search for #cfinnc) and people seem to be enjoying sessions and learning new things!

Lunch went over well and we donated the leftovers to a local shelter!  Go CF community!

CFinNC is located on Centennial Campus on the NC State University campus at the College of Textiles.

We will have signs posted and have also created this map which should help you find us!

We recommend coming in Varsity Drive then taking a right on Main Campus Drive. You will drive by the College of Textiles on your right.  Continue to Campus Shore Drive where you will take a right and then another immediate right into an underground parking garage.  Walk to the end of the garage and up the steps and the College of Textiles will be directly ahead.  We will have signs posted.

Please note registration both days starts at 8:00, keynotes start at 9:00 and regular and hands on sessions start promptly at 10:00.

The event is being held at Centennial Campus at the College of Textiles, between Research Dr and Campus Shore Dr.

We recommend parking in the underground lot located off Campus Shore Drive (noted as '720 B' on the map above). When you drive past you will see a green field but when you pull onto Campus Shore Drive you will see the entrance!  Park and walk up the stairs and the College of Textiles is directly ahead.  We will have signs posted.

Transportation between the hotel and Conference can be done via cab for a small fee, and you can of course share a cab with fellow attendees to save money.  We will also have a number of people driving to the event so it may be possible to share a ride as well.

As noted on the registration form we will have lunch, drinks and t-shirts available for purchase at the event. However for logistical reasons we will NOT be able to accept checks or credit-cards. 

Please bring CASH! 

Lunch each day is $10, drinks  will be $1 and T-shirts are $15.

Finally we have a survey we'd like folks to answer (should take 5-10 minutes). This will allow us to plan room assignments for each topic, as well as accurately order lunch!

I just got a load of T-Shirts for CFinNC. Since we are a free conference, it wasn't in the cards to have a free T-Shirt for people to take as a souvenir. We knew some folks would want one though so we decided to do a little fund raiser and sell T-Shirts for $15.

Any proceeds after we break even will be spent on a celebration for the many volunteers that made CFinNC possible. There are only 100 shirts so if you want one, act fast.
